中国科学院长春光机所复杂光学元器件建模与仿真软件介绍--算法篇
近年来，中国科学院长春光学精密机械与物理研究所（以下简称“中国科学院长春光机所”）为代表的国内科研机构在光学仿真软件方向开展了持续地研发工作，并取得了重要进展。其中，复杂光学元器件建模与仿真软件是一款适用于高端复杂光学系统基本设计、性能分析、可靠性优化设计和模拟虚拟化验证的全专业国产关键有源无源光学器件设计系统，实现关键有源无源光学元器件的建模和仿真软件的验证应用。该软件包含多种主流仿真算法的综合仿真平台。算法包括时域差分FDTD、本征模式展开EME、有限元FEM、精确耦合波RCWA、光束传播法BPM、物理光学/几何光学PO/GO算法、以及特定问题的专用解法。面向光电子行业发展趋势和需求，补足现有国产软件的技术缺失，通过上述算法及其组合，实现光波导、光栅-波导耦合器、分/合波器、多层镀膜、光栅、掩膜、以及光学透镜、反射镜、和超表面元件、超透镜等新型元件的建模；与物质方程结合，可实现LD、LED、边/面发射激光、以及非线性光开关器件的仿真。
