关于压电分析的一个很好例子(静力分析,模态分析,谐响应分析)
这个例子是美国一大学的ANSYS学习教程,特别是MEMS专业的.看到以前在论坛上已经有人做过这个例子,但是好像没成功.我化了5天时间苦思冥想,请教了好几个人才做完.
应为本题涉及到3种不同材料,三种单元(有面单元,体单元),还有机电耦合问题是已很好的例子.
我以前做了很多次,结果都是各个层之间分离,压电层更本不能将作用传递到硅基底层. (看图片)失败的原因和以前那位大侠一样, 层与层之间没有经过Boolean运算,还有划分网格时出问题.

题目描述:In this example we will model and simulate a micro-machined silicon (Si) beam actuator. The device consists of a Si substrate which is etched to produce a protruding beam. A platinum (Pt) electrode is deposited on the beam surface, followed by a piezoresistive layer (PZT). A second Pt electrode is deposited on top. By applying a voltage to the electrodes, the deformation of the piezoelectric actuator results in movement of the beam. Such a device may be used as:
1. an actuator by applying a voltage to the electrodes.
2. a gas or flow sensor by operating it near its resonance frequency and extracting frequency shifts using appropriate electronic signal processing.
3. a surface roughness sensor by adding a tip to the beam and reading the voltage on the electrodes while running the tip over a substrate.
Figure 1 below shows the solid model of the device geometry and constitutive parts. Owing to symmetry, only half of the device is modeled. The purple volumes are the Si substrate. The blue volumes are the piezoelectric actuator material. The red areas are the upper and lower (sandwiched between the Si and the PZT volumes) electrodes. The global coordinate system is visible at upper left; the beam extends in the X direction from its base at the top right.
A 3D FE model will be used to model the device, the half symmetry being used to reduce simulation time. First a static analysis will be performed by applying a DC voltage to the electrodes, followed by a modal analysis to find the resonance frequency (first harmonic) of the device. This frequency will be used to perform a harmonic (AC) analysis to predict the response (amplitude and phase) of the device to an AC exciting voltage on the electrodes. Finally, we will apply a static force on the tip of the beam and calculate the voltage induced.

这个题我也见过,所谓的标准答案也有呢,不过不知道好不好用,看着很权威的,我就没有试既然你做出来就贴上来分享一下嘛,加分鼓励!
