关于永磁机构的磁力分析请大家指点

因为是圆周对称结构,在分析时取了1/8结构进行计算。
生成的命令流没有完全精简,请见谅。
请教大家一个问题,建模的时候设置动静铁芯之间的气隙,如果是0,加载磁力条件时会提示边界条件出错,因此我不得不设置气隙为0.1mm,这是什么原因呢?
永磁瓦片设置导磁率为1.05,X方向矫顽力850A/mm,A3钢的铁芯导磁率200,空气导磁率1.

我是用 ansys 或者是comsol 计算通电线圈对 永磁铁的作用力,但在ansys中如何才能定义磁化饱和的永磁铁呢,楼主可以告知吗?谢谢! maxwell力和virtual work 力都需要外层的空气单元
